We are building a community that welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and helps them feel a sense of belonging. We believe a community thrives when people feel safe to be themselves and that our community is stronger because of our differences. At its core, this vision is underpinned by two values that we uphold across our community: respect and inclusion.
Living with and interacting with people who are from different backgrounds or who hold different beliefs is a privilege and an opportunity to learn and grow. Community members should respect others and expect the same in return.
But it starts with honoring the golden rule and treating others how you would like to be treated. With respect as an expectation and baseline, our community flourishes.
To feel at home, people must feel welcome and safe. Bungalow therefore prohibits discrimination based on age, disability, gender identity, marital status, medical condition, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or other improper basis.
Any homeowner, resident, service provider, or other community member who believes they have been discriminated against in violation of this policy should report their concern.
Consistent with applicable law, anyone found to have violated this prohibition may lose access to the Bungalow community.
