To qualify for a Referral Bonus, the Referral Form above must be filled out before your Referee completes their application. Referral Bonuses are paid out to both the Referrer and the Referee.

The bonus is approved once your Referee has lived in their Bungalow home for 30 days. Please allow 14 days for processing upon approval. Residents will receive their credit in rent discounts, while non-Residents will receive their credit through their choice of gift cards.
No. The Referrer will receive up to $500 in rent credits or gift cards if they refer someone that signs a lease for a home with a promotional price discount. However, the Referee will be credited with the greater of the discounts (Referral Bonus or Promo).
