To create your Bungalow
account (it's free):

  • Personal details such as name and address
  • A government-issued form of identification
  • Self-reported credit score
  • Self-reported monthly income
  • Attest to your background and history

To apply for a lease:

  • Verification of your income (i.e. pay stub)
  • Application fee (varies by market)
