account (it's free):
- Personal details such as name and address
- A government-issued form of identification
- Self-reported credit score
- Self-reported monthly income
- Attest to your background and history
To apply for a lease:
- Verification of your income (i.e. pay stub)
- Application fee (varies by market)

What is your pet policy?
Pets are allowed on a property basis. With proper documentation, service and assistance animals are exempt from any rent, fees, deposits, breed restrictions, and insurance requirements.
What credit score do I need to qualify?
Credit score requirements vary by state as well as income requirements
What if I need a cosigner? Who qualifies as a cosigner?
Cosigners MUST have a US based address and credit score of 680 or higher AND income that is three times the monthly rent.
