Are utilities included in Bungalow Room Rentals?

For the vast majority of our properties, Bungalow partners with the nation’s best utility management provider, Conservice, to manage, separate, and bill the utilities (water, trash, sewer, electricity & gas) to an individual home. You will only pay for the exact amount your home uses and Bungalow takes care of splitting those costs evenly between you and your roommates.

Are Bungalow Room Rentals furnished?

Bungalow’s Shared Homes include furnished common areas (living, dining, and kitchens), along with complementary Smart TVs, kitchen essentials, and free monthly cleanings! The only furniture you'll need to move in is whatever you'd like to put in your bedroom.

Are Bungalow Room Rentals pet friendly?

Some Bungalow Homes are pet friendly, while others are not. You can find pet information by clicking on a particular home. That said, emotional support animals (ESAs) are accepted in every Bungalow home.

Is there good public transportation in Atlanta?

A variety of public transportation options are available to Atlanta residents. Metro Atlanta's MARTA metro rail is an example of a convenient mode of transportation. MARTA train stations are scattered across the city, which connects Fulton County, Clayton County, Cobb County and Gwinnett County. There are also buses that run throughout the day, as well as recreational busses covering certain areas such as Tain Park or Indian Springs state parks on weekends and holidays. Schools and universities in Atlanta

Georgia Institute of Technology, Emory University, Georgia State University, Morehouse College are a few of the larger universities located in Atlanta! Georgia Tech is one of the nations top ranked engineering schools aimed at engineering research and education. While it doesn't have a law school or medical school it does have an Aerospace Engineering Department that ranks in the top 20 in the world. It also has a Computer Science department which recently ranked in the top 25 for graduate degrees awarded in computer science. Georgia Tech's campus is also home to two very well respected national laboratories - The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) and The Georgia Tech Manufacturing Institute (GTMI).
